Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use glowlisting.com or buy a GlowListing service. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. "We" means GlowListing; "you" means the person or business using the site or ordering.

1. What we offer

We offer a free automated listing score, paid listing audits, listing makeovers (including Makeover Pro and Glow Launch), reels retainers, direct-booking websites, white-label audits, and the Glow Monitor and Glow Care subscriptions for short-term rental listings. Descriptions and prices on the site are part of these terms. We may change our services and prices; changes don't affect orders already paid for.

2. The free listing score

The free score runs in your browser using fixed rules. It's general guidance, not a guarantee of any result, and it can be wrong. Nothing you paste is sent to us unless you ask for the emailed report.

3. No guaranteed results

Bookings depend on many things we don't control, including price, location, season, reviews and how Airbnb or other platforms rank listings. We don't promise more bookings, revenue or a particular search position. Any figures from our ROI calculator are your own estimates.

4. Your listing and access

You confirm you own or manage the listings you send us and are allowed to have them reviewed and edited. For a Makeover you'll add us as a co-host with listing-editing permission through the platform's own co-host feature. We only use that access to make the agreed changes and will never ask for your password. You can remove our access at any time. You're responsible for your listing's accuracy, house rules, pricing and compliance with platform policies and local laws; please review our changes.

5. Content we create

Once you've paid, you own the titles, descriptions, captions and reels we make for your listing and can use them anywhere. We may reuse general know-how and anonymized, non-identifying examples. We'll only show your listing publicly, for example as a case study, with your written permission.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your card details. One-time services are charged when you order. Glow Monitor, Glow Care, reels retainers, direct-booking site hosting, white-label and property-manager plans renew monthly (or yearly, if you chose annual billing) until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. The audit price is credited toward a Makeover bought within 14 days of the audit. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

8. Referral program

Referral credit has no cash value, is issued after the referred customer's order is delivered and outside its refund window, and can't be combined with other discounts on the same order. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and spam aren't allowed. We may change or end the program, and void credit gained by abuse.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, and no submitting content you don't have the right to share.

10. Independence

GlowListing is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other platform. Their names are used only to describe where our services apply.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost bookings or revenue.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
